VFC ACADEMY TRIAL APPLICATION

Vandrezzer FC Academy is now accepting applications for the 2020/21 season trials.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation and the on-going nationwide END SARS protest, we are at the moment not able to confirm the exact date for this trial. However, it's planned for the last quater of 2020.

We encourage interested applicant to fill this form to enable the scouting team collate names for invite. This screening exercise is strictly by invitation.

Vandrezzer FC has not commissioned nor appointed any persons to serve as an agent for this screening exercise.
Therefore, applicants are advised to desist from giving money to any entity in the guise of securing a place in the club.
Any demand from any person, group of persons or entity should be reported to the club.

Terms:
1. Only applicant not more than 22years of age by the end of January 2021 will be considered.
2. Invitee shall be responsible for their logistics for the duration of the screening exercise which shall last not more than 2 weeks.
3. Submitting your form does not automatically qualify you for an invite.
4. Vandrezzer FC has the right to reject your application.
5. Any false information discovered at anytime, automatically disqualifies the applicant.
6. Application received after the submission deadline will not be considered.
